We will:

* Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve an Environmental Management System (EMS) aligned with the requirements of ISO 14001;

* Identify and manage the environmental aspects and impacts associated with our activities, products and services;

* Proactively seek opportunities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, minimise environmental disturbance and prevent pollution;

* Use natural resources, including water, energy and raw materials, responsibly and efficiently;

* Implement systems, processes and procedures to prevent or minimise activities and conditions that may adversely impact the environment;

* Reduce waste generation through responsible purchasing, reuse, recycling and appropriate disposal practices;

* Minimise the environmental impact of waste and ensure waste is handled, stored and disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner;

* Identify, report, investigate and resolve environmental incidents and non-conformances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence;

* Monitor and evaluate the environmental performance of consultants, subcontractors and suppliers and implement appropriate controls where required;

* Comply with all applicable environmental legislation, regulations, approvals, contractual obligations and other relevant requirements;

* Consider environmental risks and opportunities in our planning, decision-making and project delivery activities;

* Maintain, review and improve our EMS in response to changing environmental conditions, new technologies, innovation and industry best practice;

* Establish, monitor, review and communicate environmental objectives and performance measures and take action to improve outcomes;

* Provide employees and contractors with appropriate information, training and resources to support responsible environmental practices;

* Communicate our commitment to environmental management, this Environmental Policy and our EMS to employees and relevant stakeholders;

* Ensure that employees and contractors understand their environmental responsibilities and comply with applicable environmental policies, procedures and controls; and

* Monitor, audit and review our environmental objectives, systems and performance to support continual improvement of our environmental management practices and this policy.
