SAFETY POLICY
We are committed to the health and safety of our employees and our stakeholders above all else and in all services provided.

In fulfilling this responsibility, we have a duty of care to provide and maintain a working environment that is safe and without risks to health.

We will:

- Establish and maintain a Workplace Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) that complies with Australian standard AS4801 and is integrated into all business activities;

- Lead by example and develop a culture of strong visible leadership;

- Provide information, training and supervision to all relevant employees in the correct use of plant, equipment, chemicals and other substances used;

- Develop and embed risk management standards, procedures and processes in all the work that we do;

- Ensure regular workplace inspections are conducted and that all workplace hazards are identified, risks assessed and controls implemented;

- Report and investigate all workplace health and safety incidents with corrective actions implemented to prevent recurrence;

- Monitor and evaluate the health and safety performance of sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers and implement controls to address compliance issues;

- Comply with company policies, procedures, statutory and regulatory requirements;

- Maintain, review and improve our HSMS in accordance with new technologies and innovation;

- Establish, review and communicate performance measures and take action to improve outcomes;

- Communicate this Policy and our HSMS to all employees and relevant stakeholders;

- Ensure that all employees understand this Policy and comply with the requirements of the HSMS; and

- Monitor, audit and review these objectives with a view to continuously improve this policy.
